When we were given the task of achieving $40,000,000 in sales with no sales display, limited marketing and commencing a campaign in typicallu what is considered slower market through Easter, Walan was a major success. With a clear focus on appealing to the downsizing owner occupier market, our team designed full floor residences that sold with an average price of $4,000,000.











Again predominantly the purchasers were all local and within 7km of the development. Majority of the purchasers would have purchased something much smaller than the 300m2 floor plate to save money if it was designed that way but this proves the depth of the Brisbane marketplace.









Kangaroo Point lacked a lot of lifestyle amenity unlike Newstead and over 60% of the purchasers who inspected didn’t proceed to offering due to this major difference of lifestyle.
