Haven Newstead was launched July 18th 2015 to the public achieving a sell out in just 6 months. Of the 23 penthouses, 8 were luxury 2 bedrooms selling from $760,000 to $800,000. 15 penthouses graced the front of the building where the top floor ranged from $2,025,000 to $2,695,000 and the 12 penthouses below saw half amalgamated into supersized 5 bedroom residences from $3,100,000 to $3,400,000.

 

 

 

 

 

        EXECUTION

 

 

All of our purchasers were locals and the majority originated from Hamilton, Clayfield, Ascot and surrounding suburbs. We have a larger list of buyers fitting this demographic although the majority of the purchasers want to remain under the $1,500,000 price range which Haven only offered 1 apartment as a 3 bedroom at this price point.

 

Haven also won the UDIA Marketing Excellence Award which only proves our team had the real understanding of the buyer demographic along with the depth and ability to achieve these sales in this time frame.

 

 

 

 

        STRATEGY

 

 

What made Haven Newstead such a success was realising the strength and demand of downsizing retirees and middle age professional couples no longer wanting a house due to maintenance. Also having the immediate access to shops, restaurants and cafes along with the parks and Riverwalk at your doorstep in Gasworks and Newstead.
